Subscriptions are for 1 year at a cost of $100.00 U.S.You may have more than 1 account. Each cost $100.00 U.S. for one year.
No claims are made to the number of exposures, nor the number of click-throughs your banner will actually receive. As in any advertising some banners will not produce the same results that other, more exciting, banners do.
Your credit/debit card will be charged for a one (1) year subscription of Banner Buddy service for $100.00 (US). Your bill will reflect a charge from NationWideClassifieds.com. If you need to contact us regarding your account, email us at earthads@aol.com or call us toll free 877-302-0250 Mon-Thurs 10am-6pm central.
By clicking "Complete Registration" I agree I have read the Terms and I am aware of the $100.00 charge to my credit card as submited. There are no refunds.
All rights reserved. At the end of the 1 year subscription, you will be reminded to re-subscribe via email. After 24 hours, your account will be removed from the rotation.
Banner images must be in .gif or jpg format and be no larger than 480x60 pixels in size.
Hanson & Hanson Ent. reserves the right to refuse any banner or link we see unfit for our site/s.
All banners will remain in-active until approval from corporate and credit card transaction is completed.
Banner Buddy subscriptions cannot be refunded. Once you join, your subscription is set for 1 year. No cancellations are possible.
The buyer (you) agrees to indemnify and hold Hanson & Hanson Ent. harmless from anyclaims, damages and expenses, including any attorneys fees, arising out of my actions or conduct in violation of this Agreement. In the event a dispute shall arise between thebuyer and Hanson & Hanson Ent. as to our respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, and the policy and procedures of Hanson & Hanson Ent., it isagreed that such disputes shall be exclusively resolved persuant to binding arbitration under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to be held in Boonville, County of Warrick, Indiana. Indiana law will apply to the resolution of the dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitration panel shall consist of one arbitrator. In addition to declaratory relief, the arbitration panel may award preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and compensatory damages and shall award reasonable attorneys fees and costs to the prevailing party. The arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision shall not restrict H&H from seeking preliminary or permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
