Affiliates cannot order ads from their own affiliate website.
Affiliates may not refer members of their household.
Affliates may promote their affiliate URL in any manner they see fit without exceeding the laws in their state. Hanson & Hanson Enterprises LLC will not tolerate any affiliate sending "spam" email to any unrequested email addresses. We carry a 0 tolerance policy regarding this matter. If any affiliate is caught sending "spam" to any email address, that account will be terminated immediately without notice. Any commissions due will be sacrificed to cover damages.
Real-time commissions are subject to change without notice. Commissions can change due to cancelled orders, payment problems, ad copy revisions, run week changes, fraudulent orders, additional orders, and clients that have already been referred by another affiliate. Commissions are updated in real-time, but may be adjusted as stated above. Hanson & Hanson Enterprises LLC will update the commissions on a weekly basis once deadline has expired for the current week. Generally, the Monday after the Thursday deadline, commissions will be accurate.
The affiliate agrees to keep accurate records and to avoid any misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices.
Any affiliate earning more than $660.00 (six hundred sixty dollars) in a fiscal year will be issued a 1099 Misc Income tax form.
Affiliates are responsible for filing all local, State and Federal tax forms as required by each governing affiliates' residential state and laws of the United States Treasury Dept.
The affiliate further agrees to abide by all Federal , State and local legal statutes governing the sales or solicitation of the services marketed by Hanson & Hanson Enterprises LLC, including, but not limited to, occupational licenses, business licenses, merchant licenses, permits or any other license or permit which may be required to perform under this Agreement
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Hanson & Hanson Enterprises LLC harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including any attorneys' fees, arising out of my actions or conduct in violation of this Agreement.
In the event a dispute shall arise between the affiliate and Hanson & Hanson Enterprises LLC as to our respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, and the policy and procedures of Hanson & Hanson Enterprises LLC, it is agreed that such disputes shall be exclusively resolved persuant to binding arbitration under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to be held in Boonville, Indiana. Indiana law will apply to the resolution of the dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitration panel shall consist of one arbitrator. In addition to declaratory relief, the arbitration panel may award preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and compensatory damages and shall award reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party. The arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision shall not restrict Hanson & Hanson Enterprises LLC from seeking preliminary or permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
